Ducksboard

Ducksboard is a SaaS based dashboard tool which is great for showing dynamic data in a clear and precise way. This plugin allows you to automatically send data in real time to Ducksboard including new customer counts, total servers running, and invoices raised, and can be easily expanded if required.

  • Enabling Sales staff to easily track new customer signups and activations
  • Enabling accounting staff to easily track invoices issued, paid, payments processed etc

To Activate the Plugin

  1. Download from the link above (right click and select save file).
  2. Install via the Admin Control Panel of your Flexiant Install, instructions for this are available from here
  3. You will need to add the following information to each Billing Entity who wishes to use it.
Key Type Resource Key Name Value
Billing Entity Key Billing Entity DUCKSBOARD_API_TOKEN [Your API Token provided by Ducksboard]
Billing Entity Key Billing Entity SERVER_DATA_URL [URL to which Server Count should be sent]
Billing Entity Key Billing Entity CUSTOMER_DATA_URL [URL to which Customer Count should be sent]
Billing Entity Key Billing Entity NEW_CUSTOMER_DATA_URL [URL to which New Customer Count should be sent]
Billing Entity Key Billing Entity NEW_INVOICE_DATA_URL [URL to which New Invoices Count should be sent]
