John Pocock – Chairman

Pocock has a strong background in the IT and financial services industries and a track record of building and managing successful business. As CEO of IT services company Druid Group, Pocock built the company from revenues of zero to £60 million culminating in a £760 million disposal in 2000. Pocock holds chairmanships at software company Cognito, Maven Income and Growth Venture Capital Trust, and is a non-executive at Electric and General Investment Ltd. He previously served as an executive director of Xansa plc.

George Knox – Chief Executive Officer

An experienced CEO, Entrepreneur and board member, Knox has successfully started, grown and sold a number of innovative software companies over the past 20 years. Knox started his career at Computer Associates, and has since served as Chief Executive and Executive Chairman of Vamosa, Executive Chairman of Eclectic Group and Managing Director of Gamut Technologies.

Alex Bligh – Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer

A serial entrepreneur, Bligh has founded or co-founded several successful technology businesses, including Xara Networks (one of the first UK business-to-business internet service providers), Nominet (the UK internet domain registry) and co-location provider Redbus Interhouse. He has served on the board of several companies, predominantly in the internet sector. Previously, Bligh served as CTO for XO Communications Europe and GX Networks.

Tony Lucas – SVP Product and Founder

Lucas spent 12 years as CEO and majority owner of XCalibre Communications, a web hosting company. During the latter half of this period, he developed the FlexiScale cloud computing technology, which now forms the core component of Flexiant’s Cloud Orchestrator platform. Lucas is a frequent speaker at cloud computing conferences and a recognised expert in his field.

Jim Foley – SVP Market Development

Foley, with 30 years in industry, has migrated from hands-on software development to running international businesses. He specialises in strategic business growth, having previously held many roles such as CEO (EMEA and APAC) at Kroll and Global Director of Market Development and Innovation at BT. Foley is a catalyst for market led innovation and strategic alliances.

Ger Burns – SVP Service Delivery

Burns, with 15 years within the software industry, specialises in delivering against a strategic or operational vision while establishing and successfully supporting an international customer base. She has built global professional services teams and is recognised for the energy and professionalism she brings to all team and customer engagements.
